Before changing anything, we start by noticing what your body is already doing.

What to do today

Keep this very simple. You’re not trying to fix anything yet.

  • Pause 2–3 times today
  • Bring attention to your jaw, shoulders, and stomach
  • Notice if anything is slightly “on”
  • Do not try to change it

What you may notice

Any of these are useful. You don’t need a dramatic response.

  • You catch tension earlier than usual
  • You realize it’s there more often than you thought
  • You feel small moments of release without trying
  • You simply become more aware
One thing to avoid

Don’t try to relax everything right away.

That usually makes the body tighten more.

Today is just about noticing. No correcting. No forcing. No perfect posture.
